A pink-themed fund-raising event helped a Worcester opticians to raise money for Breast Cancer Care.
Staff dressed in pink and sporting pink feather boas sold pink cakes and drinks to customers visiting its store in Broad Street.
It all formed part of breast cancer awareness month which has been running throughout October.
Senior receptionist Val Paine said about £90 was raised from the event on Friday, October 23.
She said: “It was very good. Everybody entered into the spirit of it and gave generously.”
Breast Cancer Care provides information, practical assistance and emotional support for anyone affected by breast cancer.
