REPRESENTATIVES from a bird charity were at a garden centre in Worcester at the weekend as part of an annual Feed the Birds Day event.
Members of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) Worcester local group were at Blooms Garden Centre in Droitwich Road on Friday and Saturday.
Andy Morton, manager at Blooms, said: “We were delighted that representatives from the RSPB attended our Wild Bird Care Week to share their knowledge of garden birds with our customers.
“They were very popular and we had lots of people join us to help raise awareness of the RSPB’s national Feed the Birds Day campaign and get free tips and advice about feeding and caring for their own garden birds.”
The RSPB was able to tell customers how to help feed birds in their garden.
