A DRUNK man urinated against a window in Worcester bus station while another man did the same and kicked out a panel of glass.
Alan Wilkes, aged 24, of Henwick Road, St John’s, Worcester, admitted being drunk and disorderly when he appeared before city magistrates.
Sarah Stock, prosecuting, said Wilkes was spotted in the city centre bus concourse, relieving himself against a window on Friday, October 9, at around 11.45pm.
Mrs Stock said: “The defendant was seen urinating up against the windows while another defendant did the same and the other man also kicked out one of the windows.
"Mr Wilkes was arrested and was aggressive towards the police.”
Wilkes, who spoke in his own defence, said he had been at a friend’s 21st birthday on the night.
He said: “I got arrested and I did my punishment for it. It was a one-off. I do apologise for what happened.”
Richard Poppleton, the chairman of the bench, said: “It was disgusting behaviour. Drink isn’t an excuse. You poured it down your own throat.”
He was fined £35, ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and a £50 contribution towards court costs.
