WORCESTERSHIRE residents are being encouraged to have their say on the county’s library services to help improve what is on offer.
The annual libraries and learning customer survey offers an opportunity for people - both users and on-users of their local library - to express their opinions and help shape the services.
All of the views expressed will help Worcestershire County Council when it comes to any future plans or decisions.
Copies of the survey are available in all 21 of Worcestershire's libraries and can also be accessed by visiting worcestershire.gov.uk/libraries.
Everyone taking part will be entered into a draw with a prize of £50 worth of high street vouchers.
Councillor Philip Gretton, the council's cabinet member for adult and community services, said: "We are fortunate to have fantastic libraries and staff that offer a great service to residents across the county.
"We're always keen to make things better wherever possible and the views expressed in this survey will really count.
"I'd like to encourage everyone to get in touch and have their say."
The closing date for survey responses is Friday, November 20.
