SHELAGH Stephenson’s moving comedy The Memory of Water is performed in Worcester this month (oct).
Melting Pot Theatre Company will stage their latest production - which tells of three sisters who come together for their mother’s funeral - at the Worcester Arts Workshop, Sansome Street, from Tuesday, Ocotber 27 to Saturday, Ocotber 28.
Explaining the play’s appeal director Matthew Brockington said: “Packed with insight, empathy and black humour, The Memory of Water is a must for anyone who has blamed their parents or found themselves blamed by their children.
“We are proud to present to Worcester audiences another quality theatrical experience - this time we are really pleased to include new members Sue Imms and Julie Nunn and relish the cross-fertilisation that is occurring between local theatre companies.”
Tickets, priced £9.50, will be available on the door or in advance from 01905 611427.
