A MAN from Worcester has been warned he will be remanded in custody if he breaches his bail conditions for a second time.
Andrew Wilks, aged 20, of Bridge Street, is facing three charges of theft for stealing perfume from House of Fraser and Superdrug. He is also charged with stealing a £180 iPod from another man and possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
Wilks appeared before Worcester magistrates last week and was bailed on the condition he does not enter any retail shops except Kitson’s chemist or WH Smith. The following day he was seen on CCTV coming out of Cash Converters in Foregate Street.
Wilks was arrested for breaching his bail conditions and told by magistrates he will be remanded in custody if fails to comply again. He will reappear at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 27.
