AWORCESTER lady has been the first to receive top ‘Klass’ treatment at a Style in the City event.
Julie Dyde, of Northwick, has been taking fashion advice from an expert style team to the stars with an exclusive makeover unveiled by former singer and television personality Myleene Klass live on stage at Style in the City.
Julie was selected to be made over as part of Myleene’s Style MasterKlass at the Bullring, Birmingham, after entering a competition run by the Bullring.
Julie was made over by a team of experts, including make-up artists from Sleek Make Up, hair professionals from Francesco Group and fashion stylists Kate Barlow and Becky Nowicka.
She, said: “When I found out I’d won a makeover at Style in the City I was over the moon, but I never thought I’d be this pleased with my new look.
“My hair and make-up are gorgeous, and the clothes that the team selected are right up my street – it’s definitely a look I will be trying to recreate at home.
“I feel so much more confident than I did before, and I’m just so happy that Myleene’s team were able to create this ultra-glam look on me.”
Myleene Klass said: “The transformation in Julie is just amazing. The team have really made the best of all Julie’s features and she looks a million dollars with her new look.”
Louise Hamer-Brown, marketing controller at Bullring, said: “It’s been great to see Julie go under this transformation and it’s great how much this makeover has increased Julie’s confidence.
“Myleene’s Style MasterKlass was a great success with more than 400 people attending each of the nine shows, while Myleene and stylist to the stars Bradley Taylor answered the fashion dilemmas of the audience with an exclusive Q&A session.”
