Pair charged with murder
A HUSBAND and wife have been charged with the murder of a 36-year-old man.
Shaun Stokes, aged 31, and his wife Petra, aged 25, appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court this morning in connection with the death of Thomas Holt.
Mr Holt, originally from May Hill, near Ross-on-Wye, was found in the River Frome at Avenbury, near Bromyard, last week.
The couple, who both live in Hasnett Road, Ledbury, did not enter a plea.
They were both remanded in custody and will appear at Worcester Crown Court next Thursday (OCT 22).
