FINALISTS from the X Factor are to perform exclusively in Worcester.
The acts, which have made it to the live finals of the television talent contest, will perform at Tramps nightclub over the coming weeks, starting with ex-strippers Kandy Rain.
The raunchy girl group, who were the first to be voted off the phenomenally popular ITV show at the weekend, will appear live on Monday.
After that, each of the groups will perform in Worcester as they are eliminated from the competition.
While the overall winner, who traditionally has a number one song in the charts by Christmas, is not expected to perform in the city, the exclusive gigs do give fans a chance to see the pop starlets before anyone else.
Dean Hill, general manager of Tramps in Angel Place, said: “We are delighted to have secured an exclusive deal with the X Factor finalists.
“We are extremely excited to be bringing to the people of Worcester their favourite acts from their favourite TV show and we hope that fans of the show, young and old, will come along every Monday to see the acts live on stage.
“I can’t wait to welcome the lovely Kandy Rain to Worcester to kick off our X Factor Live nights.”
Love it or hate it, the X Factor attracts viewing figures of more than 13 million every week.
The show’s contestants and celebrity judges grace the pages of national newspapers on an almost daily basis, while previous winners, including Leona Lewis and Alexandra Burke, have catapulted to fame.
For more information, including tickets details, call Tramps on 01905 20218 or log on to night-clubber.com.
The nights are strictly over 18s only.
