The following inquests have been opened and closed in the last three weeks:
• Anthony Payne, aged 72, of Tolladine Road, Worcester, suffered a head injury following a fall at home. He was admitted to hospital but died on Friday, March 13.
At an inquest into his death, Worcestershire coroner Geraint Williams ruled he died accidentally.
• Adrian Core, aged 46, was found dead at his home in Cornmeadow Lane, Claines, Worcester, on Sunday, May 24.
An inquest into his death found he died from natural causes, contributed to by the abuse of drugs.
• A verdict of suicide was recorded after 38-year-old David Halligan was found hanging at his home in London Road, Worcester, on Saturday, May 30.
• Frederick Bond died from natural causes on Thursday, July 2. The 85-year-old, of Wyre Road, Pershore, was admitted to hospital following a fracture to his leg.
He became unwell and later died in Pershore Community Hospital.
• Hilary Ward, aged 60, of Holly Road, Stourport-on-Severn, died from natural causes on Thursday, April 2, after becoming unwell, the coroner ruled.
• Eighty-four-year-old Gordon Peachey, of Wentworth Court, Barbourne, Worcester, died on Wednesday, May 20, as a consequence of a known complication of a necessary medical procedure.
• An inquest was opened after 87-year-old Alan Broadbent, of Link Elm Close, St John’s, Worcester, died on Thursday, August 27, following a fall in the street.
• Gwendoline Richards died as a result of an accident following a fall whilst on a shopping trip in Droitwich, the coroner ruled.
The 83-year-old, of Foredraught Lane, Tibberton, near Worcester, fell on Monday, June 1, and died the next day.
