A PRINT and clay exhibition has been opened at a Worcester art gallery.

The Galley at Bevere will feature work by a number of ceramicists and printmakers in an exhibition that runs until Sunday, November 1.

The display aims to highlight the importance of print technology in the ceramics industry.

Gallery owner Kim Taylor said: “This exhibition has been put together to demonstrate how the studio potter is at the forefront of innovation and creative thinking to make their vessels and objects beautiful, evocative, provocative, sometimes political and difficult to ignore.

“The Gallery at Bevere prides itself on the quality and diversity of its exhibitions. We hope that bringing these artists and ceramicists together will promote greater understanding of technical processes and possibilities.”

The Bevere Lane gallery is open Tuesday to Sunday, 10.30am to 5pm. Admission and parking are free.
