SHOPS on Worcester housing estates would benefit from better signage, according to MP Mike Foster.

MP for Worcester Mr Foster, who is already backing our Buy Local campaign, wants to see ‘finger signposts’ directing people and traffic towards local shops and post offices.

“I want people to use local shops but passing traffic needs to know where these shopping centres are,” he said.

“Putting up signposts is a simple and cheap way of attracting customers.”

Mr Foster suggested signposts for Ronkswood shops and post office; Cranham Drive shops and post office in Warndon; and signposts pointing to the shopping area of Lower Wick.
