Pupils at King’s St Alban’s in Worcester have presented a cheque for more than £2,000 to help sick children. Children read more than 600 books during the week-long Readathon event to raise money. The school’s 180 girls and boys are now involved in a competition organised by the Post Office which involves them writing letters to their fictional heroes.
