TWO men lost appeals against speeding convictions when their cases were heard at Worcester Crown Court.
Martin Archer, aged 44, of Elm View, Worcester, was fined £435 with £647 costs.
His Ford was logged at 36mph in a 30mph area on the A4184 near Evesham. Martin Beale, 39, of Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, was fined £280 with the same costs of £647.
He was also caught driving at 36mph, but on the A4103 near Leigh Sinton. Archer appeared in person but Beale sent a letter to the court.
