A CHRISTMAS concert organised by carers is back by popular demand.
Deck the Halls is a family Christmas concert which takes place at Huntingdon Hall in Worcester this Friday at 7.30pm.
The concert, which has readings, carols and music, is organised by the Worcestershire Association of Carers to mark Carers Rights Day.
Liz Lloyd of the association said the concert had been brought back by overwhelming demand following last year’s successful concert.
Performers include Shirley Overbury (soprano), Roger Marvin (organ), Simon Lumby (tenor and piano) and Vocal Score, a Worcester close harmony singing group conducted by John Haden.
All proceeds from the concert are being donated to Worcestershire Association of Carers, which provides care, support and advice for carers across the county.
Tickets are available from Worcestershire Association for Carers on 01905 26500 or from the box office on 01905 611427.
