FOUR teenagers charged with spray-painting a Worcestershire graveyard and play area have appeared before magistrates.
Thomas Fido, aged 18, of Baughton, Earls Croome and James Horsfall, 18, of Elmley Close, Malvern, are each charged with five counts of criminal damage under £5,000 and one count of damage over £5,000.
James Pritchard, 18, of Shaw Walk, Malvern, is charged with one count of criminal damage to the value of £5,000 and another count of criminal damage valued under £5,000.
A 17-year-old female from Worcester, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with four counts of criminal damage under the value of £5,000 and one count over £5,000.
Worcester Magistrates Court was told the incident happened in March at the Great Malvern Cemetery and a children’s play area.
No pleas have yet been entered and the four were granted unconditional bail to reappear in court on Monday, December 22.
