COUNTY chefs are showcasing products at the BBC Good Food Show this weekend to prove there is more to Worcestershire than Lea and Perrins’ Sauce.
Felice Tocchini, chef and owner of Fusion Brasserie at Stoulton near Worcester, will be offering advice on the many ways sprouts can be served.
Chef Daren Bale from the Elms Hotel in Abberley will be taking the stage alongside Herefordshire chef Stuart Leggett on Friday to inspire visitors with delicious dishes.
On Sunday, November 30, the last day of the show, Sara Dover from the Can’t Cook Will Cook cookery school in Holt Heath, will be helping visitors get to grip with cooking.
