BUDDING photographers are urged to get clicking away for a competition to celebrate the annual illuminated walk at Spetchley Park.
A selection of the best pictures of the Spetchley Park Gardens light fantastic will be published in your Worcester News.
The winners in two categories will have their pictures reproduced in a high-quality print and framed.
A spokesman for the event said: “Christmas is the most magical time of the year and the flat, obstacle-free trail will set the festive scene for both young and old.”
The 30-acre garden at Spetchley Park, near Worcester, is being transformed into a Christmas wonderland for a week.
Thousands of lamps and visual effects will create an enchanted fairyland for families to enjoy.
The event is running from Friday, December 12, to Sunday, December 21. Gates open at 4.30pm with last admission at 7.45pm and the gates close at 9pm.
Entry to the walk is £6.50 for adults and £2.50 for children ages five to 16. Under 5s go for free.
For every 10 tickets purchased there will be one free ticket, but coach groups must pre-book.
The route is wheelchair accessible and disabled facilities are available at the start and end of the route.

Images of the illuminated gardens should be entered into the competition no later than Monday, December 22.
