AN intrepid team of walkers didn’t let atrocious weather put them off raising more than £3,600 for the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
The team of 14 from One Creative Environments in Warndon, Worcester, had intended to climb the four highest peaks of the Lake District, but were forced to abandon the plan.
Instead they took on the peaks of Lingmell, Dollywagon Pike, Nethermost Pike, Helvellyn and Swirral Edge.
