MALVERN Hills District councillors are to discuss a plan aiming to improve how the council interacts with members of the public.
The community engagement framework will be debated by the council’s executive committee at a meeting tomorrow evening.
It aims to improve the way councillors and staff engage with the public and enhance their understanding of community priorities and opinions, which are then reflected in its services.
The framework document states: “We will be approachable, accessible, efficient and effective. Our members and staff will be accepted as part of the communities they serve, will be professional, reliable and down to earth when dealing with requests and issues.”
