A DROITWICH man alleged to have breached a banning order will appear back in court next month.
Adrian Locke, aged 35, of Wych Road, is alleged to have assaulted a woman in Worcester on Wednesday, November 12. He is charged with playing on gambling machines in Ladbrokes, the Cross, on the same day.
Locke has been the subject of a criminal anti-social behaviour order (Crasbo) banning him from the city centre for three years from Friday, October 17.
The order also prohibits him from behaving in any way that may cause harassment, alarm, or distress, including using aggressive or intimidating behaviour, and shouting or swearing.
He will appear before city magistrates again on Thursday, December 4, when he will be committed to the crown court for trial.
Locke was remanded in custody until that date.
