A MAN suffered serious head injuries in a traffic accident near Hereford yesterday.

The incident occurred on the A4112, Sarnesfield, near to the Church just before 3.30pm on Saturday afternoon.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “On arrival at the scene, crews found a car that had overturned.

"A man, believed to be in his 20s, suffered serious head injuries and was treated at the scene.

"He was transferred to Hereford County Hospital on blue lights whilst receiving further emergency treatment en-route.

“Two other men who were also in the vehicle were treated at the scene for minor injuries and were transferred to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment.”
