WORCESTER Community Housing residents are invited to a fun-filled green Halloween event this weekend.
The aim is to encourage residents to help improve services and learn more about doing their bit for the environment.
Events will include circus skills and bongo workshops and the first 200 customers will get a free ticket to the annual bonfire event at Pitchcroft on Saturday.
Di Smith, head of customer services and involvement at WCH, said: “The eco-friendly event is all about treats without any tricks.
“We want to help our staff and customers learn more about the impact their actions have on the environment and about changes we can all make to the way we live that will make a difference to the environment and also to their pockets.”
The event is on Friday at Worcester Racecourse, between 11am and 3pm.
Anyone who comes in fancy dress will pick up a free WCH bear, and there will be prizes for the scariest outfits made from recycled goods.
