A RADIO presenter from Worcester is preparing to run a half marathon for charity.
Wyvern FM breakfast presenter Paul Kershaw will be dusting off his trainers this Sunday to take part in the Birmingham half-marathon, for the stations charity Wyvern FM Kids.
Mr Kershaw will be running the 13.1 miles around Birmingham city centre from the Alexander Stadium in Perry Barr and finishing on Broad Street near Centenary Square.
He said: “It’s taken me more than two months to prepare for this race but I feel I am ready for it now. I just want to finish and raise lots of money for the charity”.
Money raised will be donated directly to Wyvern FM Kids which supports children’s groups and projects around Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
To sponsor Mr Kershaw or donate to the charity go to the breakfast pages at wyvernfm.co.uk.
