ANTIQUES expert Philip Serrell has stripped off to support a Worcester charity.

Mr Serrell, whose showroom is in Malvern, stands unabashed next to fellow experts David Barby and Adam Partridge, who also feature with him on television shows including Flog it! and Bargain Hunt.

The trio all agreed to pose for the St Richard’s Hospice 2009 calendar.

Staff from a number of Worcestershire businesses – including Royal Worcester and Worcester Racecourse – have also bared all for the fund-raising calendar Even St Richard’s chief executive Mark Jackson stripped off for the occasion.

Community fund-raiser Alison Weston, who organised the calendar photo shoots, said: “It’s been great fun with so many people lining up to throw caution – and clothes – to the wind.

“It’s very light-hearted and all in the best possible taste, of course. We’re hoping lots of people will buy the calendar and help raise much needed cash to help the work of our hospice caring for people with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

“I would also like to say a big thank you to Mike Woods of Gigapix who generously took all the photographs free of charge.”

The calendars, priced £3.50, are on sale at all St Richard’s Hospice shops in the county.
