GREEN-FINGERED enthusiasts are being asked to get involved with a community allotment project.
The project, being run by the Worcester Volunteer Centre, aims to promote healthy living and to get young and elderly working together.
A scout group is already taking part but more people, businesses and organisations are wanted.
Stephen Hornberger, project officer, said: “This is an exciting project with potential to develop into a really useful community resource linked to healthy eating, exercise, community engagement and intergenerational activity.
“Any help given now will have a significant impact on our success.”
If you can lend your time or garden equipment please contact Mr Hornberger on 01905 24741.
