PEOPLE can watch nature at night with a bat and moth walk in a Worcester park.Worcester City Council’s wildlife rangers want people to join them, and two experts, on the early evening walkabout as they watch moths being hunted by fast and agile bats including pipistrelle, noctule and daubentons varieties.
The event will take place between 7pm and 9pm at Northwick Lido, Old Northwick Lane, Northwick, on Tuesday, September 16.
The group will walk across the Northwick Site of Special Scientific Interest and along the river Severn. The walk is free but people must book in advance by calling 01905 722233.
