A SUPER slimmer from Worcestershire is enjoying a new lease of life after shedding 100 pounds in a year.
Zoe Collins has dropped five dress sizes after joining a Weight Watchers group in Pershore last year.
She joined the group because she felt unfit, unhealthy and had a wardrobe of clothes that didn’t fit her.
Zoe, from Pershore, said: “I realised that I had to make changes to my eating and my lifestyle if I wanted to lose weight and keep it off.
“My leader, Debbie, gave me a stone to lose as a first goal. If I had been told to lose five stone straight away I’d never have stuck to it.”
She says the transformation has changed her life and given her a new hobby – shopping.
She said: “I was sick of wearing ‘tents’ and feeling uncomfortable and self-conscious. Now I feel amazing and shopping is a new joy in my life. I have so much more energy and confidence and feel so fit and healthy. The best thing is I can join in with the kids when they’re playing and it’s fantastic to know I can try things on in the shops and they’ll fit.”
