YUMMY... a range of ice creams have been created to represent the flavours of Britain – and the city's own Worcestershire Sauce has been chosen as one of them. The new range of the 20 ice creams was made to show off the ultimate ‘Taste of Britain’ in a single lick, and the saucy flavour made ninth place in the cone.
The flavours, created by the company LateRooms.com, are to show-off the regional flavours of the UK in one lick, ranging from the traditional clotted cream, through to Yorkshire pudding, sausage and mash, pork pie and haggis.
A spokesman for Lea & Perrins said it was great their flavour had been chosen to represent Worcestershire.
“It’s nice to get some official recognition for how great our brand is.”
