PEOPLE with a sense of fun and adventure are being sought to seek out Worcester’s ghosts.
The Children’s Ghost Walk of Worcester, a fun tour or the city’s scariest spots, is due to start later this month, but organisers need to recruit a new guide.
The ghost guide will go by the name of Krull and will lead children, aged between six and 10, on a hunt for spooky Civil War soldiers, trouble making poltergeists and the spot where Oliver Cromwell supposedly sold his soul to the devil.
Anyone can apply for the role, but applicants are reminded that the walk is fun, not frightening.
At 7pm on Tuesday, September 9, Worcester Live director Chris Jaeger will hold auditions at Huntingdon Hall, CrownGate, Worcester.
Entry forms and audition scripts are available from Worcester Live now and must be handed in by 5pm on Friday.
The Children’s Ghost Walk starts on Saturday, September 27 and, like the adult Ghost Walk, runs until April. To book a place, priced £5, call 01905 611427.
