TEENAGERS had a lucky escape after their car turned on its on side between a tree and ditch.
The 18 year-old man and woman were described as ‘very lucky’ by West Midlands Ambulance Service crews called to the crash at Croome Court in Croome D’Abitot, near Worcester, at about 11.40pm last night.
A ambulance service spokesman said: “Initial reports suggested that up to four vehicles were involved but in the end it was just the one car that was damaged.
“When we arrived we found the vehicle on its side between the ditch and the tree near to a sharp bend. The occupants were already out of the vehicle. It is believed they were with the other three vehicles at the time of the crash.
“Considering the damage to the vehicle and where it ended up they were extremely fortunate to have suffered no obvious injuries.”
The pair, believed to be from the Worcester area, were taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital as a precaution.
