A MAN has been injured after falling more than 30 feet from a tree.
West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to Hyde Lane in Upton-upon-Severn shortly before 1.40pm on Friday, August 15.
An ambulance, a paramedic in a rapid response vehicle and the County Air Ambulance from Strensham were dispatched to the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “On arrival at the scene crews found a man who had fallen to the ground after being up a tree.
“The man, believed to be in his 40s, suffered shoulder, chest and hip pain.
“Crews treated the man at the scene and he was immobilised using a neck collar and spinal board before he was flown to Worcester Royal Hospital for further assessment and treatment.”
