FORGET the credit crunch and come to the theatre.
That is the message from Mikron Theatre Company, in Worcestershire this weekend with a comedy about debt.
De(b)tonation has been researched by the company and follows the financial ups and downs of Mr and Mrs Average, Rodney and Joy, whose spending is fast overtaking their income – with explosive effects. Adding to the chaos is a live-in relative and Rodney’s curious relationship with a local radio phone-in. Audiences are told to expect dark humour, political satire, and pathos as well as original songs.
De(b)tonation is performed at Camp House Inn, in Grimley, near Worcester, at 8pm tomorrow. For more information call 01905 640288.
