PRESIDENT Gwyn Darby welcomed one visitor and we wished happy birthday to all the members celebrating this month.
Everyone was thanked for making the garden meeting such an enjoyable occasion.
Funds are benefiting from £130 raised by the fun auction and sales of wine.
Pat Crook was congratulated on completing the 10-mile charity walk around Worcester. She and her three companions raised more than £600.
The WI cake stall at the Mason’s Arms Folk Festival, in aid of the heart of Martley appeal, raised £60 in spite of the wind, rain and lack of buyers.
One member was hit on the head when the gazebo blew down.
We may be filling Christmas child shoeboxes this year and help may be needed in various ways when St Peter’s Church celebrates 100 years since the last restoration in 2009.
Non-cooking cooking was demonstrated by Shirley Cadman.
