ANY drivers who may have pulled over for a car displaying blue lights in Worcester have been asked to contact police.
Officers stopped a man who was driving a green Vauxhall Tigra coupe with the lights flashing along the front windscreen in the Whittington and Nunnery Wood areas of the city between 8.15pm and 9pm on Saturday, August 9.
The driver was reported for displaying the blue beacon and will speak to officers at an arranged time.
PC Craig Collins, investigating, said: “We would like to talk to anyone who witnessed the car with the blue lights on in the area at the time, but particularly to anyone who may have pulled over to let it pass.”
Anyone with information should call PC Collins on 08457 444 888, quoting 758/S/090808, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
