A 24-YEAR-OLD man is facing 13 charges of making and keeping indecent images of children.
Scott Atkinson, of Warndon, is accused of posessing 122 indecent movies, 337 indecent images and 341 indecent pictures of children between Tuesday, May 11, 1999, and Friday, February 29, 2008.
In addition, he is charged with making 117 indecent movie stills of children which show images rated by the law as among the most serious in terms of classification.
Atkinson, of Chedworth Close, is also charged with five counts of making an indecent movie of a child between Tuesday, July 20, and Saturday, August 25, 2007, and making four indecent photographs of a child between Sunday, December 2, and Friday, January 18.
He appeared at the city’s magistartes to hear the charges against him and was remanded to appear for commital to the crown court on Thursday, September 4.
