Well despite the current bad run, I still follow the Warriors with as much passion as before, but to say that my patience is being tested is an understatement. I will always be a Warriors supporter that will never change but at the moment it is very, very hard to watch them self destruct so completely as they seem to be managing currently.
It’s hard to pinpoint what it is that is wrong, the team’s discipline has gone right out the window, which to me, is a sign of frustration. We do have some great players who are performing, but it’s not enough for 3 or 4 individuals playing well, the whole team has to.
Friday night will be interesting, London Irish are the opposition and The Warriors will really need to step up to the plate. Despite beating Bristol just a couple of weeks ago I can’t remember the Warriors fans being so abjectly depressed about the future of their team, and I am one of the more positive thinkers! We all cheered like mad after the win, don’t think I want to see what will happen if we lose again in Friday night.
I don’t think Warriors fans are particularly fickle they just want to see their team win a few more games.
Come on you Warriors!
