A WOMAN has been arrested and charged after allegedly shoplifting in Evesham.
Today (December 3) Evesham's police Town Centre Team arrested a 25-year-old woman on suspicion of six shoplifting offences which had taken place in the town.
All six offences had taken place at businesses between October and November 2024.
The woman was later charged with the six offences but has since been bailed.
She is due to attend court in February 2025.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "On Tuesday, December 3 2024 the Evesham Town Centre Team arrested a 25-year-old female on suspicion of six shoplifting offences that occurred between October and November 2024.
"She was charged with all six offences and bailed to attend court in February 2025."
