A MAN has been banned from driving for six months after being caught using a mobile phone while at the wheel.
Qammer Shabir Hussain, of Sawmill Close, Worcester, has been disqualified for six months due to repeat offending.
The 30-year-old was caught driving a Volkswagen Passat while using a mobile phone in Wyld's Lane on December 18 last year.
Hussain pleaded not guilty but was found guilty at Redditch Magistrates Court on Monday, October 14.
He was fined £196, ordered to pay a £78 surcharge to fund victim services and court costs of £325 on Monday, December 2.
