TWO lorries crashed on the M5 and one shed its load as police closed two lanes of the motorway, causing delays for drivers.
The crash happened on the M5 southbound near junction 11, causing delays for motorists heading south from Worcestershire into Gloucestershire.
At one stage National Highways reported around seven miles of congestion and delays of an hour.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police said: "Police were call at around 6.05am following a report of a collision involving two lorries on the M5 Southbound near junction 11.
"One of the vehicles shed its load during the collision causing two lanes to be shut while debris was cleared from the carriageway. They have since reopened.
"There were no injuries reported and no arrests were made."
