A rock band are set to perform their first-ever Worcester show.

Dream State will play at The Marr's Bar on Sunday, December 29.

Lead singer and songwriter Jessie is from Worcester, and has said she is excited to return to the city.

She said: "My nan said if I played local she’d come and see me, so I jumped at the chance of locking in this show at my favourite hometown venue Marrs Bar.

"It’s been a decade since I put on a live show and I’m really excited to both promote this one and play.

"I’ve seen bands like Funeral for a Friend and Enter Shikari rip up this venue during my youth and I’m itching to do the same."

The band is set to perform in the city after a year of self-releasing their second EP 'Still Dreaming', completing two headline tours, and playing huge crowds across the UK and EU festival season, including Download, Graspop, and 2000 Trees.

Tickets for the show are £20 in advance and more on the door.
