A MAN is accused of attempting to use a fraudulent provisional driving licence at three DVSA theory test centres.
Hallo Ghalib, of Capener Road, Birmingham, faces three charges of making a provisional driving licence knowing that it was designed or adapted for use in the course of or in connection with fraud.
The licence was allegedly used at DVSA Theory Test Centre in Worcester on or about March 3 this year.
The 39-year-old is also accused of using it at two other DVSA Theory Test Centres - Fareham on or about February 15 and Axminster in Devon on or about February 21.
Ghalib's case will be heard at Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday, December 3.
