A DRINK driver who was twice the limit has been banned from the road for 20 months.
Michael Robb, of Bromwich Road, Worcester, pleaded guilty to being behind the wheel of a black Ford Focus in Bromwich Road on Friday, September 13 while over the limit.
He had 77 microgrammes (mcg) of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.
The 38-year-old was given an obligatory driving disqualification which will be reduced by 20 weeks if he completes a course by January 20, 2026.
He was fined £120 and must also pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £48 at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, November 26.
