It comes after the road was forced to close yesterday (Monday) due to River Teme and River Severn flooding.
A spokesperson for Worcestershire County Council Highways said: "Powick Roundabout is now fully open in both directions."
The flooding comes after a weekend of heavy rainfall due to Storm Bert, which has left over a dozen locations in Worcestershire with flood warnings.
