CLOSED: Parts of Cornmarket car park will be inaccessible throughout the day.
A CAR park in central Worcester will temporarily close during the day for essential work to be carried out.
Work to stop trees along City Walls Road from blocking streetlights and hitting larger vehicles will see part of Cornmarket car park closed today (Monday).
A spokesperson for Worcester City Council said: "There will be a reduced number of spaces available in Cornmarket car park due to essential tree maintenance.
"Additionally, City Walls road will be down to a single lane from 9.30am until approximately lunchtime.
"As the work progresses, affected parking spaces will reopen."
