A technology accelerator has been named the best in the UK.
BetaDen Accelerate, based in Malvern, has been crowned the best tech accelerator in the UK for the second time at the UK Business Tech Awards 2024.
The accelerator first won the award in 2022.
Donston Powell, external affairs director at BetaDen, said: "Winning this award for the second time is a testament to the remarkable progress we’ve made over the last few years and our unwavering commitment to supporting tech innovation in the county.
"It is an honour to be recognised as the UK’s top technology accelerator and reinforces our mission to drive economic growth and innovation from Worcestershire while delivering exceptional support to the businesses we work with."
Since its first win in 2022, the company has expanded its programme to include a technology incubator in partnership with Barclays Eagle Labs.
The accelerator is based at Malvern Hills Science Park and has a portfolio of more than 50 businesses.
The UK Business Tech Awards were held at the London Hilton Bankside on Tuesday (November 19).
