All 21 libraries in Worcestershire will offer free warm spaces this winter.
As part of the Warm Welcome Network, the libraries aim to provide a comfortable environment for people to read, study, or relax.
They also offer support with digital skills, learning, and job-seeking.
Councillor Karen May, cabinet member for communities at Worcestershire County Council, said: "As we head into the colder months, our libraries provide a great environment to stay healthy, both mentally and physically.
"Whether you are looking to relax with an enjoyable book, join in with a social activity, or connect with others, Worcestershire Libraries are here to support your wellbeing all winter long."
Various free services, information, and events will be available.
This includes reading groups, language cafes, Lego clubs, and more.
For those looking for work or technology help, libraries also offer job clubs, job fairs, digital support sessions, and help setting up a new business.
Visitors also have free access to books, newspapers, computers, the internet, Wi-Fi, and study spaces.
The council said residents have praised the libraries, describing them as "a warm, welcoming space at the heart of the community" and "a safe, warm, and child-friendly space."
