A NEW bookshop is opening in a Grade II listed building on Friar Street just in time for Christmas.
And the owner of Plot Twist Books, at 43 Friar Street, is hoping to use her new business to help children find their perfect first book which could unlock their love of reading.
Sara Cooper has been an author for 15 years, releasing over 20 books under the alias Sonnet O'Dell.
But this is the first business she has opened where she will be selling new and pre-loved books.

Miss Cooper said she is hoping to open next Thursday (November 28), just in time for the Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre.
She told the Worcester News: "This is something I have always wanted to do, and when the opportunity came up I jumped at the chance.
"I am hoping the Victorian Fayre will give us a bit of a kick start, but Christmas in general is the best time of the year for bookshops.
"I have got that butterfly feeling in my stomach where I am half nervous and half excited, I don't know what is going to happen but I am hopeful because Worcester has such a big creative community."
Miss Cooper's wide selection of books includes a large selection of classic tales including Mary Poppins.
She also has plenty of children's fairy tales and Christmas books in stock, and she will have a dedicated shelf for local authors.
She added: "I am much more interested in finding the right book than lots of books.
"This especially applies to children, as if they can find the right book at a young age it can spark your love of reading that can last a lifetime.
"Alice in Wonderland was the story that sparked my love of books and it is still my favourite tale now, so hopefully I can play my small part in helping others find that."
The shop will be open between 9am and 4.30pm between Tuesday and Friday, and it will stay open until 5pm every Saturday.
The store is at 43 Friar Street, which in recent years has played host to several pop-up shops.
Miss Cooper said as soon as she saw the 'beautiful' Grade II listed building she knew it was the right one.
