An Worcester accountancy firm has been recognised for its "client service excellence".

Bishop Fleming, which provides audit, accountancy, tax, and advisory services, was recognised for its "client service excellence" as it collected the PRIDE-ESG Award at the Accounting Excellence Awards in London.

The firm, which aims "to be the most rewarding firm in the UK for its clients, its people, and its communities", won four awards.

These included Employer of the Year, ESG, Large Firm of the Year, and the Client Service Award.

The firm's client service programme, Engage, was also recognised.

The programme is a firm-wide initiative developed with customer experience consultants Insight6.

It gathers feedback from clients and employees to drive progress.

Paul Seymour, chief marketing officer at the firm, said: "Client service excellence is engrained in the fabric of our business.

"From our ambition to our corporate values, such as 'We think client' and 'We put relationships at the heart' which underpin it, our commitment to improving how we work with clients continues to go from strength to strength."

The programme has consistently recorded above-average NPS scores for several years.

The programme uses customer journey mapping, independent reviews, and mystery shopping exercises in its approach.

The efforts have earned the programme Insight6's CX Excellence Mark, an honour shared with companies like Virgin Hotels and Arnold Clark.
