A NEW look will be coming to a supermarket in the city centre.
ASDA, based in St Martin's Quarter in Worcester, has revealed the changes it plans to make to its store.
The business had initially teased changes after putting signs on its entrance and exit doors.
Worcester's store will see updates to the signage, decorations, and look and feel of some of the counters.
It forms part of the broader programme we stated in June earlier this year, where Asda invested £50 million in refreshing and upgrading 170 of its stores.
The changes will be included in the introduction of a new brand identity, which includes an updated logo, typography, and colour palette.
It will also receive new trolley bays, signage, improved toilet facilities and exterior landscaping work.
Ian Brackenbury, senior director of construction and implementation at Asda, said: “This program marks another exciting milestone moment for us on our journey and underpins our continued commitment to ensuring Asda is set up for long-term success.”
